【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60216specifiestheexperimentalandcalculationprocedurestobeusedforderivingtherelativethermalenduranceindexofamaterialfromexperimentaldataobtainedinaccordancewiththeinstructionsofIEC60216-1andIEC60216-2.ThecalculationproceduresaresupplementarytothoseofIEC60216-3.Guidanceisalsogivenforassessmentofthermalageingafterasinglefixedtimeandtemperature,withoutextrapolation.Theexperimentaldatamayinprinciplebeobtainedusingdestructive,non-destructiveorprooftests,althoughdestructivetestshavebeenmuchmoreextensivelyemployed.Dataobtainedfromnon-destructiveorprooftestsmaybe“censored”,inthatmeasurementoftimestakentoreachtheendpointmayhavebeenterminatedatsomepointafterthemediantimebutbeforeallspecimenshavereachedend-point(seeIEC60216-1).Guidanceisgivenforpreliminaryassignmentofathermalclassforaninsulatingmaterial,baseduponthethermalageingperformance.Thecalculationproceduresofthisstandardalsoapplytothedeterminationofthethermalclassofanelectricalinsulationsystemwhenthethermalstressistheprevailingageingfactor.
