【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofsolderableenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass130withasolecoatingbasedonpolyurethaneresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovideditretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.NOTE-Amodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class130isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof130andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast155℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1:0,018mmuptoandincluding2,000mm;-Grade2:0,020mmuptoandincluding2,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC317-0-1.
